The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in the individual proposal or agreement shared with each client. In case of conflict, the signed agreement prevails over these general terms.

3. Free Audits & Tools

Free audits, fee calculators, and guides on this website are provided for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, marketplace fee structures, ad platform policies, and benchmarks change frequently — always verify current figures on the official platform before making business decisions. Free audits do not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.

4. Payments & Refunds

Service fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are specified in each client agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Monthly retainers may be cancelled with notice as per the individual agreement — we do not impose long-term lock-ins.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to required accounts (marketplace, ad, analytics), and necessary approvals. Delays in providing access or approvals may affect timelines and results.

Clients must ensure the products and content we are asked to promote comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any agency's control — platform algorithms, competition, pricing, product quality, and market conditions. Case studies and metrics shown on this website reflect results achieved for specific clients and do not guarantee similar outcomes for others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, guides, graphics, and tools — belongs to Scalo Digital and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Creative assets produced for clients are transferred as per the individual agreement, typically upon full payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalo Digital's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms (such as account suspensions imposed by marketplaces or ad networks).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hisar district, Haryana.
