Are there lock-in contracts?
No. All our packages are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with zero penalties. We believe in earning your business every month through results, not contracts.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on completed work. However, if we have not started work on a month and you choose to cancel, we will issue a full refund for that month's retainer. Our goal is always to ensure you are satisfied before we begin.
Can I change or upgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or customize your package at any time. Most clients start on Launch or Growth and scale up as their business grows. Just let your account manager know.
What's included in each plan?
Each plan clearly lists all included services. There are no hidden fees. If you need a service not listed in your plan, we can add it as an individual add-on (see our add-on table above) or upgrade you to a higher tier.
